Frequently asked questions
Which countries do these codes work in?
It varies by code. Some are valid across all six Gulf countries, others in one or two, and two are stated worldwide. Each store’s page lists the countries its code works in, and the country filter above shows only the codes confirmed for yours.
My code didn’t work — why?
Enter the code with no spaces and check your items are in the categories the offer covers. Some stores exclude certain products or set a minimum order. If it still fails, contact us.
Is using the codes free?
Completely. No sign-up and no fees — just copy the code and use it.
How does the site make money?
Transparently: when you use a code we may earn an affiliate commission from the store, at no extra cost to you — you pay less, not more.
How often do you update the codes?
Each store’s page shows the date its code was last confirmed working — a real date, not a vague “updated today” badge — or, for a new code, the date it was added. We pull any code we learn has stopped.
Do I need an account with you?
No. No sign-up, no account, no email address. Copy the code from the page and go straight to the store — we never ask you for anything.
Where do I enter the code at the store?
Usually on the checkout page, in a field called “Discount code”, “Coupon” or “Promo code”. Some stores put it on the basket page instead. Paste it in and check the order summary before you confirm.
Do the codes work in the app or only on the website?
The codes we hold were supplied for use at checkout, and none of the terms we received limit them to the site or the app. If a code fails in the app, try the browser — and the other way round.
Why is one offer cashback rather than a direct discount?
Because the store set it that way. A direct discount lowers the price before you pay; cashback is money returned after the order. We label which is which on every code, because the difference matters at checkout — the Namshi code, for example, is cashback and does not reduce the price you pay.
Can I use a code on top of a store sale?
It depends on the store, and we will not promise something we were not told. Some allow it, some do not. The certain way is to enter the code at checkout and look at the price before confirming.
What should I do if a code stops working?
Tell us. When you come back from the store a small prompt asks “did the code work?” — just tap no. That is the fastest way to reach us; we re-check the code and pull it if it really has stopped.
Where do your codes come from?
From the stores’ official partner programmes and the affiliate agencies we work with — supplied to us in writing. We do not lift codes from other coupon sites and we do not invent percentages. If a code did not reach us officially, it does not go on the site.
